ウサギには「情報収集」という象徴的意味があるようですが、本作でも白と黒のウサギが幽霊の気配に聞き耳を立てている、という場面を描いています。ウサギが何故正反対の属性を持つ二匹なのか、幽霊とは何なのか、見る人それぞれで違う解釈を楽しんでもらえると嬉しいです。 Rabbits are often associated with the symbolic idea of “gathering information,” and in this work, I depict a scene in which a white and a black rabbit are intently listening for the presence of a ghost.
